R E G I S T R A T I O N
Registration Process: All children must be registered in order to participate in Adventure Connection and Epic Summer. Registration is completed online. Registration fees are non-refundable. Current rates are posted on our web page. Registrations are accepted on a space-available basis.
Registration Requirements
• Complete online registration request
• A functional email address has been provided for your account profile
• A non-refundable registration fee has been paid
• Your account must paid in full and in good standing
• Summer Program: Child must be entering Kindergarten-Grade 8 in September 2018
• School Year Program: Child must be entering Kindergarten-Grade 5 in September 2017
Summer Registration Current families: Only registration requests for full time, 5 days per week, 11-12 week summer schedules will be processed the week of the priority period.
New families: Registrations will be processed beginning the second week of registration. Registrations for full time, 5 days per week, 11-12 week summer schedules will be processed first.
Space is limited and‘ priority’ does NOT guarantee a spot. You will be notified if your first site choice is unavailable.
Families currently participating in the program have priority over new registrants during the priority time period only.
Enrollment is not guaranteed and is always on a space available basis. Sites fill quickly; if the site you select is full, you will be notified. In order for your child to start on the first day of the summer program, your registration request and first month’ s tuition must be received by the date shown in the online summer registration information. In order for your child to start on the first day of the school year, your registration and first month’ s tuition must be received by the date shown in the online school-year registration information.
School year schedule changes received after August 25th, 2016 will incur a $ 15.00 schedule change fee. The new schedule and the corresponding tuition increases / reductions will not take place until the second week of school. Schedule changes are requested via the online registration system.
Families registering after the start of the program should contact the Adventure Connection Main Office at the District Education Center at 651-748-7432. There is a 3 work-day minimum processing period before new registrants can start at a site.
Written authorization for families receiving financial assistance must be received by the Adventure Connection office before child care can begin. This authorization must include the number of hours approved, the amount of the biweekly co-pay( if applicable) and whether or not you are approved for nonschool day care. You are responsible for all expenses that financial assistance does not cover and assume responsibility for fulfilling the assistance provider’ s requirements.
