,that stand out is the jaguar. This animal is looked up to and highly respected in Guyana culture. So when this animal is seen, it is taken as a gift. This is because jaguars are the symbol for their coat of arms. The Jaguar shows that Guyana is inferior, brave, and gives Guyana’s people something to look to when down. These animals are traditional symbols to their culture. If you get a chance to witness one of these animals, I highly suggest that you have your cameras ready to click.

With such a small population, it is so amazing that so many cultures are in Guyana. These cultures are filled with ceremonies, celebrations, and even holidays. . If you are a celebration-type person, I would recommend the many festivals
