there is a very attractive river names Essequibo ( see Fig.1) There are many Native people that live along the banks of this river. Rising near the Brazilian border, it flows north for about 600 miles to reach the Atlantic Ocean about 15 miles west of the capital, Georgetown. It is named after the Spanish explorer, Juan de Esquivel, who accompanied Columbus on his second American voyage in 1493 and explored the river around 1500. One can only imagine the beautiful sights they saw along their adventure. The beautiful fish swimming, colorful birds in the sky, sunset on the shining river, and this is only a little glimpse of what this paradise has to offer. Not only is the external view of this river stunning, there are also many plants and species within this mass of water to keep the explorers bust for weeks. Essequibo is known for being rich in birds, and also there are many plants. . This is because the river flows through a whole forest. So you photographers could take thousands of pictures and not even realize you have filled up your cameras.
