expensive taste

This was my first time to eat at a german restaurant and I have to say that I really had a great time. Their food was authentic and the ambiance of the restaurant is one of the best. I had german sausages during our family trip to Europe a few years ago so i had an idea on what I was going to get during this restaurant critique. The spaetzl lacked flavor, all you can taste was pure butter, nothing more. I was looking for other taste profile in the dish but there was really nothing more to it. But the texture was great. It was not too soft nor too hard. They achieved the texture that I was looking for. It was presented well by having garnish on top of it and it had a clean plate .the serving was just in the right amount considering the price for every dish that they offer was quite expensive. They can really improve their dish by adding a little bit of seasoning or they can at least put some salt and pepper shakers on the table for guests who might want to add salt and pepper to their food. Adding a little bit of salt would not hurt the buttery flavor of the dish.

I love the experience of dining here in brotzeit german bar and bier restaurant.
