Introduction 4. Academic Timetabling Timetables should be available to students a minimum of three weeks prior to enrolment and should not be altered without student consultation. 5. Feedback on Assessment Lecturers should provide concise feedback within twenty working days which provides guidance for students to improve in future work. 6. Flexibility in Learning Students should access learning materials and be given support in terms of location, commitments, learning and teaching methods.   7. Student Support & Belonging The University should provide and deliver a variety of high quality support, representative to student need. 8. Learning Resources Students should have sufficient access to books, electronic material and other resources, to enable them to succeed in their studies to the best of their ability. Over the next few pages, we explore these areas further and examine what it is students want to see or want to see develop, as well as looking at the benefits of each of these ideals.
