“ My time at Tanglin has been full of wonderful experiences and opportunities , while the friendships and bonds I have made will stand me in good stead for the future . My Senior School experience has included sports and debating competitions , drama performances and , of course , leadership responsibilities . I ’ m most grateful for the opportunity to work with the larger Tanglin community – management , parents , staff and my fellow peers - as part of the Head Team to help our wonderful community grow , even in challenging circumstances . I leave Tanglin excited for the future and thankful for all I ’ ve learnt and witnessed , both inside and outside of the classroom .”

“ Reflecting on eleven incredible years of education at Tanglin , it ’ s safe to say I would never have wanted to grow up anywhere else . The opportunities offered to me by the school never failed to amaze me , as an eight-year-old embarking on my first overseas sports trip or an 18-year-old trekking off to Japan . As well as receiving a remarkable education , I have also developed relationships for life with my peers and teachers . I will always be grateful for the willingness and optimism the school has shown whenever I proposed a new project or idea . Tanglin has given me the best foundation and motivation for my next chapter whilst giving me incredible friends , and unimaginable sports and academic experiences . I can ’ t wait to see what Tanglin achieves in the future … “

“ The last seven years have proved to be the ones that have defined me most . In such a thriving and positive community , with boundless opportunities across a multitude of departments , I made sure to grasp each one . Whether that was playing Brit in We Will Rock You , leading the SEASAC team , becoming the Financial Head of TEDx , or as the Conference Manager of MUN .
The Tanglin community provides a nurturing environment in which I also felt confident enough to co-found the first ever Tanglin Economics Forum . In addition to this , trips to places such as Ladakh , Thailand and India , among others , have provided me with stepping stones to global interactions , giving me newfound perspectives of myself and the world around me . The last seven years have made the greatest impression on me ; years I will never forget and will always look back to for life lessons . While the future can seem daunting , I feel well equipped for what lies ahead .
