Different terroirs are represented to present different and varied ranges of reds, whites and rosés, some of which are AOP Côteaux du Languedoc and others IGP Pays d’Oc wines. With a view to highlighting local gastronomic know-how and to offer its customers wine and dish pairings as well as gift ideas, the team at the Clamery cellar in Servian highlights local sweet and savoury products in addition to Vignerons de l’Occitane wines. The idea takes shape in the form of a basket that customers can fill as they wish. Still with the customer in mind, they also offer an original product with unusually shaped bottles of different sizes and personalised labels for special family or professional occasions. The shop team’s favourite wine is a top-of-the-range vintage, the “Lauzières”, an AOP Coteaux du Languedoc matured in oak casks and inspired by the red land of Octon. The grapes are carefully selected and the low level of production yields an exceptional wine.
