L’OCTOPUS
With chic, modern interiors, the ambiance here
is warm and cosy... and the cuisine is of very
high quality! Mediterranean-influenced, it relies
on fresh seasonal produce, much of which is
produced locally.
Imaginative and tastefully prepared, it will sur-
prise you, and maybe even leave you speechless.
That’s the trademark of Franck Radieu and his
kitchen brigade!
Both in the restaurant and in the kitchen, they’ll
take very good care of you to ensure that your cu-
linary journey is an unforgettable experience!

AT WHAT TEMPERATURE SHOULD
YOU SERVE WINE?
Whites: light and fruity between 8 and 10 °C, rich
and complex between 12 and 14 °C.
Rosés: fruity with a touch of acidity between 8 et 10
°C, round and full-bodied between 10 et 12 °C.
Reds: light and fruity with little tannin, between 11
and 12 °C, full-bodied wines between 14 et 16 °C.
DIf in doubt, it’s better to serve a wine too cool than
too warm because it warms quickly in the glass.
