THEIR STORY
Seabreeze Cottage is owned and operated by
Mike and Andrea Bayer who welcome you to
come and stay at their little piece of paradise.
Mike and Andrea met over 10 years ago and have been
married for 8 years. They have two young girls, Arya
and Isla.

In addition to a fantastic location, Sea Breeze
has also benefited from a professional renovation
by the team of the hit renovation TV show, Income

They both have a love for travelling, sailing and building
their business, Sea Breeze cottage.

Scott McGillivray and his team of experts managed
to turn a great property into a perfect vacation rental
retreat.

Mike and Andrea bought Sea Breeze Cottage in the Fall
of 2010. They loved the location that isn’t too far from
the major cities.

Sea Breeze is conveniently located, only 5 mins from the
Hwy 401. The easy drive from Toronto or Ottawa will
leave you in the best mood to start your #besttripever.

the beautiful, sandy waterfront that is so rare on Lake
