U.S. Army Warrant Of?cer Pedro Ochoa-Gonzalez, the Personnel and Human Resource Systems Technician for Multinational Battle Group-East and Royal City, Wa. native, was promoted to Chief Warrant Of?cer 2 at a ceremony held on Camp Bondsteel July 9. Ochoa-Gonzalez’s wife Maria was able to attend the ceremony from the U.S. via video teleconference.

Samantha Parks, print journalist noncommissoned of?cer for Multinational Battle Group-East and Elizabethtown, Pa. native, was promoted to sergeant at a ceremony held on Camp Bondsteel July 9. Parks was promoted by her commander, U.S. Army Capt. Randy Ready, 4th Public Affairs commander, and her NCO, U.S. Army Sgt. Joshua Stoffregen, broadcast journalist NCO for MNBG-E.
