ACSC teams are very strong and they had a lot of girls from all over the world on their teams. They obviously practiced volleyball very hard and intensely. The girls were very strong and you can tell their team bond was strong. Every team we played melded very well. The competition at ACSC was definitely more challenging than the KAIAC tournament for our team. We beat KIS at home by a five game match. We lost the first two but we had to come back in the next three. That took a lot of strong mental focus from our girls. We were struggling during the season learning how to finish a game but they learned they can play intensely and confidently after the game.
