acteristic. 5. Matthias Buesing perfects his spiking form by arching his back. Spiking is one of
the strongest moves in volleyball, because it is difficult to defend against, and even more dif-
ficult to execute correctly. 6. Jason Park, Freddy Seo, and Daniel Oh stretch to get ready for
volleyball practice. Stretching is only one of the many warm-ups the boys go through before
they can play. Some others include running laps, high jumps, and wall sits.
