The tenth edition of GSAIR , launched at the Charlotte Street Hotel on 22nd June 2023 , highlighted the continuing importance of the EMEA market in the global serviced apartment industry . London remains a key destination for the business traveller with Dublin , Paris and Dubai being the next 3 most cited by corporates as being amongst their top 5 destinations . 1
