CHEF FREGZ BRAND STORY What makes food delectable? Some would argue that its the quality of the ingredients, sourcing them from only the best markets and rejecting anything but perfection. Others would believe that it’s in the unique way these elements are fused together to highlight their very best, yet more would assert that the tools, equipment and utensils used in the meal creation process are all that matter in bringing a dish to life. Standpoint notwithstanding, they all agree on one thing, without weathered, experienced hands, the best ingredients, equipment and recipes would produce nothing out of the ordinary. With nothing but a dream and impeccable taste, I started on the path to becoming a true master in the culinary arts. Every step of the way, from my humble beginnings as a grill cook to my first true experience of the arts in one of the most prestigious culinary schools in France, I have held true to my belief that great dining isn't exclusive to the elite, but can be made available to all who are willing to engage the experience. As Chef Fregz, my mission is to create a shift in the natural perception of how food is made, presented and appreciated. I stand strong in my belief that even the most basic meals can be ‘Chef Fregz-d’ to create exquisite dishes worthy of royalty.
