Billing
Charges are incurred based on attendance. For
additional daily charges, payments are
expected monthly and statements are available
on request. Parents can also view their
account on Sycamore.
When a monthly balance is not paid by the 10th of the next
month, services may be suspended. While services have been
suspended children must be picked up within 10 minutes of
dismissal at the end of the school day. If a child remains
after this time, the school will attempt to contact the parent
and any listed emergency contacts to arrange for immediate
pick-up. If this happens a second time, the student will not be
allowed to attend sch ool until the outstanding balance has
been paid.
All checks should be made out to The Cornerstone Christian
School and can be sent in an envelope marked Growing Like
Christ. All charges and payments will be recorded on your
Sycamore account. Hard copy statements will be printed
monthly. NSF checks will result in a $25 fee.
Pick Up Procedure
All parents/guardians are required to sign their students out
of GLC by recording the time of pick-up and signing next to
it. If a parent fails to record the time of pick-up they will be
charged for the full day, until closing. Par ents ar e
responsible for their child at the recorded time of pick-up and
should take their child off-campus. If the GLC students are
using the playground, parents should not remain and allow
their child to continue to play after signing him/her out.
Only adults listed on the family emergency form will be
allowed to pick up a child. In addition, parents should notify
the office of any change to the normal pick-up routine, even
if the adult is listed. Parents and other adults should be
prepared to show identification if needed.
