Registration & Scheduling Attendance
Parents must register their child for GLC prior to the first
day of attendance. Par ents may then schedule their child
for GLC in one of two ways:
Annual Fee
Parents may choose a payment option of an annual fee of $2,000. This amount
will include care for any afternoon after school, including early dismissals.
The $2,000 fee will be paid monthly with your tuition payment or in two
scheduled payments at the beginning of each semester. Tuition aid cannot be
applied to this fee.
Daily Registration
Parents may also register daily by sending a note stating that the student is to
attend GLC for each day and approximate time of pick-up. Parents may also
send a Pass-A-Note or call the school office. If a phone call / note is received
after noon, admittance for the day is not guaranteed and will depend on
available spaces.
End of Day Automatic Attendance
If a student is not picked up from school within 10 minutes of dismissal, the
student will automatically be enrolled in GLC. At that time parents must sign
out the child and the parents will be charged for the full first hour, regardless of
how long the student is actually in the GLC program.
After School Activities
Students often participate in afterschool activities such as
Prayer Warriors or private lessons. Students attending
GLC before or after these activities must be registered
and complete the GLC A ctivity Release form. Parents will be required to pay
the fee for the full first hour of GLC, regardless of how much time the child
actually spends in the GLC program.
