Board and Staff Recognition
We honored the DABG Administrative Board of Directors by hosting a dinner for them and
their spouses. We thanked them for their leadership, hands-on work at DABG, and their
visioning for future growth.
“Working with the Administrative Board of Directors has a lot of family dynamics. It takes
smiles, tears, laughter and just plain getting your hands dirty. It also takes all different
personalities to make it come together. Thank you for letting me be a part of the team!”
remarked Sandi Helgerson, the DABG’s first Executive Director.
A special thanks to Steve Vaassen and Kristin Woodward-Vaassen who opened up their home
to host the gathering.
