Lemon On Thursday, September 18, at 11:30 a.m., the DABG celebrated the installation of a new signature sign, located at 32nd Street and Arboretum Drive. The sign was erected in celebration of the evolution of the park since its establishment in 1980. About 100 neighbors, friends and supporters attended the ribbon-cutting along with representatives of the Dubuque Area Chamber of Commerce. The Arboretum has grown over the past thirty-five years as a living museum developed by volunteers. Their labor is a gift of love to all who visit the park as well as evidence of their devotion to the growing things of the earth. The mission of the Dubuque Arboretum and Botanical Gardens is to establish, preserve and maintain an arboretum and botanical garden that is a source of information, education, culture and beauty for all. We look forward to another 35 years of accomplishing our mission. 1 November-31 March Office Hours: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays 1
