SALES REPORT
Amadeus has extended its ' Working Together ' values to North Star Int ' l. management when the team consist of Sales, Technical, Local Solutions & Solutions Management heads met to present our partnership support proposition as proof of our continued engagement to our valuable partners in collaboration on their business needs. Team approach was also conducted to Interport Travel for Solutions Awareness as well as to Constellation Travels, Inc. to update on the implemented solutions and present other Amadeus Solutions that has not been explored for their requirements. On the other hand, Sales were able to secure one of the top account- Travelsure Plus Inc. with an exclusivity contract in Amadeus.
Further sign ups are Countless Travel, Amkor Travel and Globe Planner( Development). The week ended by an alignment meeting with BDSM.
MARKETING REPORT
This week, Amadeus Survey 2013-05-10 Customer Satisfaction Survey Introductory Mail 2013 was sent to a list of agents provided by the regional office.
On top of the regular marketing activities, the team was busy looking for possible venues for an upcoming event spearheaded by the regional office. Further details of the event will be discussed and finalized on the coming weeks. Joanna attended an alignment meeting with department heads regarding the communication on new processes; details on the solutions, etc. were discussed.
Daniel gathered the top 5 most preferred Christmas giveaways from the Sales team. Marketing also spent the week, drafting possible marketing strategies in response to various sponsorship requests received. Drafted proposals are on progress. Air Asia Z2 marketing plan as well as the Customer Satisfaction Survey are still on pending status, further confirmation and finalization may be done in the coming days.
Next week, the team is set to do oculars visits to a possible annual escapade venue. The event is tentatively set this quarter.
