GM ’ s MESSAGE
I hope you just exercised your democratic right and duty to elect our public officials . I have an ambivalent feeling : It is with trepidation that I await the results of the senatorial elections . If nationwide survey results reflect this year ' s senatorial winners , it will show that we as a people continue to elect public officials based on popularity rather than performance , but more seriously , we elect people that would perpetuate political dynasties , or have spotty records . On the other hand , I am hopeful , that in the end , our people will learn to vote wisely . The final results will tell . In the end , let us remember that we may question or accept the election results , but the underlying principle is the people elect the political leaders they deserve . Let us pray that we be more deserving .
ADMIN AND FINANCE REPORT
As planned , the accomplished templates received by Finance from various departments for 1Q Forecast ( FC1 ) were coordinated , and recruitment activities for RACOHD and the local ACO continued . Documentation for the 2 nd wave of VAT Refund was also being prepared with the help of the contracted auditors , on site .
Above activities will continue . The 360 Review for the month of March is also scheduled this week ..
