Watts kept growing with City Clerk Brigitte Beavers wearing many hats , including event coordinator . From a Thanksgiving dinner basket that gets delivered in person , to Shop with the Cops , which provides Christmas gifts to children and the annual Christmas parade which starts at the school and loops around in front of city hall and back up the hill . Christmas dinner has been curbside pick up at Watts School Cafeteria . Visitors travel far and wide to attend the

Westville has several ways to make the holidays brighter , like decorating homes with cheerful light displays . The Outdoor Residential
Decorating Contest will be held again this year , with judging on the evening of Dec . 22 .
