Once part of a plantation that exceeded 5,000 acres, the historic family home is available for tours, and the three-acre Park is available for group activities. Shaded by a variety of majestic trees original to the antebellum landscaping and accented by the award-winning Ellen Mordecai Herb Garden, the grounds are balanced by a sunny open area that creates a unique and picturesque setting for any activity. By reserving either the Chapel or the grounds, events of up to 250 people can be accommodated.
