The lobby floor is an open layout with original stainless-steel artwork and a mobile made of 1,000 pieces of stained glass; a dramatic staircase connects to the second-floor mezzanine. The lobby and mezzanine can host receptions up to 300. The terminal’ s conference room accomodates 40 people. On-site catering is provided.
Historic Yates Mill County Park

Priority use is given to groups that fit the park’ s mission, and non-profit and government rental rates are available.

Its spaces include: a Performing Arts Theatre( an intimate performance space with state-of-the art sound, video and lighting systems seating up to 200), a Conference Center( four multi-purpose rooms for meetings, classes, etc.), Springs Outdoor Stage( with lawn seating for 300 at outdoor performances and festivals) and a Grand Lobby( a reception and art exhibition space for 120 that includes a soaring atrium ceiling and gourmet coffee bar).
