More buyers are discovering the unique amenities and easy access to
Park City and the Wasatch Front from the Jordanelle area. However,
due to demand for single family homes and condominiums, land sales
throughout the Jordanelle area have increased 41%. The average sales
price of a single family home in the Jordanelle area is up 8% from
$1.416 million in Q4 2017 to $1.53 million in Q4 2018. Neighborhoods
such as Deer Mountain saw a 50% increase in # of single family homes
sold & a 14% increase in average sales price. Continued growth in the
area, including new development activity, promises to provide an
increased variety of condominiums and single family homesites in this
picturesque area.
