The Butler Creek Boys are back for a return performance at this year ’ s Gravette Day . As everyone knows , in addition to the parade , pageant , car show and great food , the Gravette Day celebration is known for bringing in some of the best musical acts in the region .
Last year , The Butler Creek Boys were such a big hit they were asked to come back and delight Gravette Day attendees with their bluegrass and Southern gospel music .
The Butler Creek Boys band is based out of Siloam Springs , and they enjoy playing music for the tri-state region . You will find them playing at local concerts , bluegrass festivals and family reunions . In May they performed at Silver Dollar City in Branson and earlier this summer they made an appearance at the Arkansas Country Music Awards show in Conway .
The Butler Creek Boys are Dustin Butler , Austin Butler , Dillon Butler , Nick Braschler ,
Tanner Andrews and Nathanael Stone . The group is known for their tight harmonies , energetic stage presence and heart-felt performances .
Brothers Dustin , Austin and Dillon are the eighth generation of Butlers to live and farm on Butler Creek ( hence the name ) located near the Fairmount community just east of Siloam Springs . The Butlers love for music can be attributed to many nights spent gathered around the piano with family and friends singing hymns .
Their first public performances came when the Butler brothers formed a close friendship with Nick Braschler . Musical talent runs very deep in Nick ’ s family , where his family had the long running “ Braschler Music Show ” on the Branson Strip . This friendship , along with a love for God and good music , led to Dillon , Austin and Nick singing in church specials .
In 2018 , Dustin Butler took over a
majority of the lead vocals and Tanner Andrews added rhythm guitar and vocals . With these additions , The Butler Creek Boys was officially born .
Soon after , the demand for CDs led them to Nathanael Stone at StoneRidge Recording studio in Siloam Springs . The group hit it off with Nathanael and became especially fond of him after hearing him play the fiddle . They asked him to join the band in 2021 .
Don ’ t miss this special musical event at this year ’ s Gravette Day , and hear The Butler Creek Boys for yourself . They will take the main stage at 1:30 p . m . on Saturday , Aug . 10 , sponsored by Teasley Drugs .
All smiles .
