Overall housing Units needs 2025-2029: Our housing needs assessment suggests a need for another 9,829 units to meet residents’ housing demand over the next five years. Of that number, more than half would meet the needs of households within the extremely low-income range. Nearly 99 % would support households with incomes up to 80 % of the Area Median Income( AMI).
