2025-2029 CONSOLIDATED PLAN

In 2024, the City of Arlington undertook a collaborative planning process to develop the 2025 – 2029 HUD Consolidated Plan. This process was designed to identify housing and community development needs and to establish goals, priorities, and strategies to address those needs, particularly for low- and moderate-income households. It also served as a framework for a community-wide dialogue to better align U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development( HUD) formula block grant resources with local priorities. The resulting plan guides how these resources will be invested to improve housing stability, strengthen neighborhood conditions, and expand access to essential services. The following Housing Needs Assessment offers a data-driven look at current housing trends, challenges, and needs in Arlington, helping to shape priorities for the years ahead.
