EMERGENCY SOLUTIONS GRANT
The Emergency Solutions Grant( ESG) provides funding for homeless shelter operations, essential services for homeless persons, and rapid rehousing of homeless families. Activities and projects must meet HUD eligibility and regulatory requirements, as well as address needs identified by the community, and are outlined in the City’ s 5-year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan.
