Rehabilitation of the Arlington Human Services Building
The City of Arlington is undertaking a major rehabilitation of the Human Services Center, located at 401, 501, and 601 West Sandford Street. This facility is a vital resource for residents with low to moderate incomes, offering services such as emergency shelter, transitional housing, clinical counseling, and other essential safety net programs.
The project’ s goal is to restore, modernize, and enhance the three-building campus, improving quality, accessibility, and efficiency so it can better serve the evolving needs of the community.
