DAY 1 • Arrive Halifax, Nova Scotia Travel to Halifax today, with your arrival time depending on your departure city. Transfer to your hotel where you will meet fellow travelers completing their Quebec City & Montreal, Quebec trip extension. Four Points Halifax or similar
DAY 2 • Halifax Discover Nova Scotia’ s dynamic coastal capital this morning, starting with a panoramic drive through downtown to witness some of the city’ s main landmarks, including the famous Old Town Clock Tower, the historic harbor area, and Point Pleasant Park. End your tour with a visit to Halifax Citadel( Fort George). Then, gather with your fellow travelers at a local restaurant for a Welcome Lunch.

DAY 3 • Halifax to Baddeck, Nova Scotia
• Millbrook Cultural & Heritage Center • Alexander Graham Bell Museum Travel overland to Baddeck, stopping for a morning tour of the Millbrook Cultural & Heritage Center, for an introduction to more than 7,000 years of indigenous Mi’ kmaq history. After lunch, make another stop at the Alexander Graham Bell Museum, which houses some of the great inventor’ s personal effects and documents, as well as some of his remarkable inventions.

DAY 4 • Baddeck • The Cabot Trail • St. Peter’ s Church & Les Trois Pignons This morning, take in mile after stunning mile of the Cabot Trail, where jagged peaks rise straight out of the sea along the coastline. Along the way, visit St. Peter’ s Church, followed by Les Trois Pignons to learn about the local tradition of making hooked rugs. DAY 5 • Baddeck • Fortress of Louisbourg Discover the Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site on a guided tour. This site features a partial reconstruction of an 18th-century French fortress, complete with richly furnished exhibits and costumed local guides that transport you back in time. DAY 6 • Baddeck to Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island Embark on a scenic journey to Prince Edward Island,( called PEI by the locals), Canada’ s smallest province, known for
its sandstone cliffs, blossoming gardens, and wide beaches. After an included lunch en route, arrive in Charlottetown, the provincial capital, and check in to your hotel.

DAY 7 • Charlottetown • Green Gables Heritage Place • Prince Edward Island National Park This morning, visit the Visit Green Gables Heritage Place at Silver Bush.
