STAMINA
Endurance
Everyday many face adversity that challenge the will as well as drive of an individual and shines a light on the weaknesses that one bears daily. Stamina is needed to overcome the visible infirmities that one experience from day to day and stamina is needed to be patient in waiting on the instructions or plans that will be given to hurdle what seems not possible at the time.
I have taken a deep look at how not having endurance can hinder a person physically and I have come to understand how the adversary uses the lack of endurance to encourage us not to move forward in our daily task.
One without endurance gives up in the middle of the race when it becomes difficult to carry on, the runner begins to question the very reason why they began the race in the first place, and doubt begins to set in like rigor mortis when stamina has been depleted. Be mindful you must last to the end, you have to finish the day at work, you need to complete the task and you are required to be in for the long haul; before your entitled to the prize.
There are many right now fighting the good fight against obesity, plagues, addiction, poverty, weaknesses, body elements, and illnesses. Their are many just holding on by a thread attempting to have the stamina needed to see it thru to the finish line and reap the benefits of completing the assignment before them; to them I tip my hat.
Consider in the natural just showing up to work does not get you a paycheck rather you must as well complete the job given and endure til quitting time. Know that nothing worth having is easily obtained and some adversities are only moved after you patiently wait them out.
So dig deep, buckle up, and see your situation thru; for there is a gold medal waiting for you if you only endure til thee end.
Types of Motivation
Intrinsic motivationrefers to motivation that is driven by an interest or enjoyment in the task itself, and exists within the individual rather than relying on any external pressure.
Extrinsic motivation refers to the performance of an activity in order to attain an outcome, which then contradicts intrinsic motivation. It is widely believed that motivation performs two functions.
