▪ Customer Feedback : identify and implement a variety of ways to gather and quickly respond to and address customer feedback .
▪ Digital Enhancements : enhance and expand digital technologies to provide greater ease of access , usability , security , functionality , reporting , and sophistication .
Comprehensive Plan Implementation
Implement action items in the Comprehensive Plan for 2023 – 2026 .
IDEA Strategy
Develop and implement a comprehensive IDEA strategy for the District , leveraging base line user / non-user demographic and statistically valid data and implementing community outreach initiatives .
Community Connection
Create and enhance opportunities to build and foster a shared sense of community , belonging , and connection for all members of the District , grounded in a strong understanding of our community members and their needs , community outreach and engagement , diverse programming , and innovative partnerships .
