Alice hated her school, she also hated her neighbourhood. She hated them so much she hardly spoke of them.
Ever since alice moved house to her new neighbourhood nothing exciting or remotely dangerous happened, until one day. She was at school, bored and friendless as usual, she sat by herself on the old, weary bench in the small, dull play yard. all of a sudden she saw a black figure dart past her. She ignored it. Nothing ever goes on here she thought to herself. She heard the violent screeching of the school bell and ran home. She ran so fast. She couldn’ t wait to go home and see her parents. She eventually got to her gloomy old house and reached out to knock on the door, when she suddenly noticed a peculiar note on the doorstep. She picked it up and shook her head. It was from her mum and dad, it said that they were both going out and that alice had to quickly go to the shop to get some milk. To her despair she started to walk to the shop. It was already getting to five o ' clock so it was already getting darker and darker.
On her way to the shop she could hear a faint rustling sound coming from the dead, motionless trees. She started to get worried so she picked up her pace a little bit and started to run. Until she saw something that stopped her dead in her tracks. She was frightened to even blink. All she could see was the dark, devilish creature she had seen at school. It was still quite a shadow in the darkness but stood still right in front of her. The shadow was surrounded by a lake of blood and body parts. Alice couldn’ t take the fear. The last thing she saw before fainting was the sinister hand emerging from the dark reaching out to take her away.
All of a sudden alice was woken up by her mum shaking her,“ Alice!”“ Alice! You’ ve had another nightmare” Shouted her mother. Alice was startled and jumped. After her mum had settled her and went downstairs, alice got up and got ready to go to one of her favourite places( school). She slipped on her shoes and skipped along her beautiful street, when out of nowhere she saw a gloomy figure dart past her leaving a trail of blood and body parts ……
