OUR HABITS, OUR HEALTH
A healthy lifestyle is very important because we have physical and mental health. It´s ideal to avoid sickness, and to make our lives longer.
Some habits are to do exercises, drink water, eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, sleep 8 hours to rest, and be a happy an put aside stress.
Some unhealthy habits are not eating fruits vegetables, drinking soda and juices, cofee too, sleeping less than 5 hours, watcing tv for a long time and using the computer and the phone every day. These affect our life because we can delay our body.
Teenagers are in a stage pf development and we have to nurture twice as much to strengthen our bones.
MY PREDECESSORS LIVING STYLE
I’m going to write about about our ancestors, as grandparents, uncles, parents, neighbors, etc...They were more educated and healthy people, who had several outdoor activities, and were not at all sedentary. In their free time, they went out with their friends and did some sport, or something they also liked to do was to make shorts trips with all their friends. They ate a lot of fruit since there wasn't so much processed food. In conclusion they spent more time outdoors and therefore were healthier habits.
In the past our predecessors has a healthy lifestyle because they had a “natural” lifestyle. For example, 40 years ago they ate healthy food without preservatives like salads, soups, corn tortillas, fruits and vegetables from their vegetable garden, also drank water, tea and even coffee, and they didn't cook with a lot of oil. Also, our predecessors didn´t have machines and neither technology and only they played in their houses.
My habits are different from my predecessors because everything has evolved, man and technology go hand in hand so they change together then it causes the food to be processed with many chemicals to our health like transgenics, also in our present times the problems are a lot. Children don't do exercise, don't drink water, all the food they eat is bought they are sedentary. The life was healthier than now, because they had better habits.
