Lets's begin!

First of all, you need to know what vegan and vegetarians means.

Vegetarian: Avoids every kind of meat.

Lacteo Vegetarian: Doesn't eat meat, fish, fowl or eggs. But they do eat diary products.

Ovo Vegetarian: Doesn't eat meat, fish, eggs, fowl and diary products. They do eat eggs.

Lacto-ovo vegearian: They don't consume red meat, white meat, fish or fowl. However, they do eat diary products and eggs.

Flexitarian: These people try their best to limit meat intake as much as possible. This is not technically considered a “vegetarian” diet, but we encurage and appreciate the effort!

Vegan: A person who doesn't eat or use any animal product, such as meat, fish, chicken, eggs, dairy products, etc. They also do not wear leather, fur, silk or any other clothes made from animals. They don't use cosmetic products that were tested on animals. They don't support entertainment exploitation of animals.

Raw-vegan: They do not eat any kidn of meat, fish, egg, diary product and cooked food. I concider this dieat, the most healthy one. They eat fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouts, roots, fresh herbs, raw spices, seaweeds, raw nut milk, raw nut butters, etc. Basically everything raw and fresh

. Junk Vegan: They go for the veganism for ethics, but don't care about their diet. There's still junk food that is vegan white bread, soda pop, fries, some kinds of chocolate, etc.
