Housing Application
Housing Deposit
In addition to completing the housing application , you also need to submit your $ 200 housing deposit in order to be assigned a space . You can pay online through our Student Self-Service Portal .
To access the Student Self-Service Portal , you will be sent a link and login information to your personal email . The link will give you the option to pay online with a credit card or an electronic check . Detailed instructions are on page 11 .
TIP
Although we have a rolling application process , the preferred deadline was May 1 , 2021 . Housing applications are still accepted after this date . However , the earlier your application and deposit are received , the more likely housing can be secured and preferences accommodated .
Residence Hall Options
First-year students will live in Loyola or St . Brigid Hall while new transfer students will live in Siena or Alexandria Hall . Visit our Residence Halls page at

Roommates
Housing assignments are made based on a variety of factors including class year , gender identity , lifestyle preferences , roommate requests , space availability , and the date by which you send in your housing deposit and complete your housing application . As on-campus housing is not guaranteed , the earlier you submit your housing application and deposit , the more likely it is that your preferences will be met . If you already have a roommate in mind , there is a spot on the application to include that student ’ s information .
Change in Status
If your housing status has changed since applying for aid , you will need to contact Financial Aid . For example , if you indicated you weren ’ t going to be living on campus but now you changed your mind , it may affect your financial aid award .
Health Forms
Before moving into your Residence Hall , you will need to complete and send in your health forms . Learn more about the health forms and immunizations required on page 10 .
