To sign up, go to gmercyu.edu/e2campus-new-account. You will need your GMercyU username
and password to sign up.
Prior to the start of classes, you also will be asked to provide the University with two Emergency
Contacts. Typically, students provide the name, address, email, phone and cell phone number of a
parent, guardian, or close family member.

Walk-in support at the IT Help Desk is available in University Hall W104, Monday through
Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Telephone and email support is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
