Kale and feta quiche
1 x tub Food For Me Gluten Free Savoury Pastry Dough
1 bunch kale
30ml olive oil
Salt and pepper, to season
6 eggs
100ml cream
50g cheddar cheese, grated
Pinch of nutmeg
200g feta
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Roll out pasty as per instructions, line individual quiche moulds and
blind bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned.
Remove stalk from kale and roughly chop. Place oil in a frying pan,
add kale and gently cook until wilted, season.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, cream, cheese, nutmeg, salt and
pepper. Whisk to combine.
Divide wilted kale and crumbled feta evenly between the tart shells.
Pour in egg mixture to cover.
Lower oven temperature to 160°C and bake for 10-12 minutes,
until egg mixture has set.

Tip: Take it up a step by adding pan-fried
button mushrooms and a few currants.
