Chocolate sultana bread
This recipe is so moreish and makes gluten free bread that
has the perfect mix of chocolate and sultanas. What’s even
better, it is easy to bake in your Panasonic bread maker.
350ml water
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
4 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 medium eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar or honey
450g gluten free plain flour
2 tablespoons gluten free cocoa powder
100g milk chocolate chips
150g sultanas
1½ teaspoons fast-action easy-blend gluten free yeast
Place all the ingredients into the bread pan of your
Panasonic bread maker, in the order listed.
Select the Gluten Free setting, Medium Crust program.
