Bershka is an online and bricks and mortar store. I first heard about Bershka through YouTube, I didn't know they had a webstie, so my first Bershka experience was in their Oxford Street store. One thing about a physical store is that one of the most crucial ways to communicate with customers is through face-to-face communication. This could be a simple hello when a customer walks on or going to find another size for them. Bershka were not too bad at this. Once I went to the till to purchase my item, I queued for about 5 minutes and while I was being served the cashier did not rush. Overall, I was in the store for roughly 20 minutes, I hardl spoke to any workers. It wasn't the most amazing experience, however the clothes are so wonderful, it won't stop me for going back.
On to their social media, as this is crucial for every brand nowadas to have, I hadn't seen Bershka's social media untill recently.
They have 3.6 million followers on Instagram, and 9 million on Facebook which is much higer than Asos'. All of their social media acounts are very active. They use it frequently to connect with their large following. As I've mentioned, social media is one of the key ways to connect with an audience and it's used by almost every brand - Bershka and Asos are no exception.
