One thing America could try doing to solve this conflict is give North Korea food, because right now citizens in North Korea are starving. This could possibly solve all the conflicts and bring the two countries closer together. Or Kim Jong Un would not accept the food and continue to be enemies with America. North Korea and America have been enemies ever since the Korean War when South and North Korea went their separate ways. All the events that happened in the past have led up to the conflicts today. One event that happened was when South Korea became allies with the United States, and North Korea became allies with the Soviet Union. This was good for South Korea because they didn’t fall to communism. Their country now is much better off than North Korea, who did turn to communism and became a hungry country.
Starting a war would be too big of a risk. Bringing peace to both countries could resolve problems and bring a whole country out of poverty. Also, it would save both countries a ton of money and save a ton of lives. This is clearly going to be a better solution and could change how other countries see America, especially North Korea.
