GENERAL AGENTS
WITH A VIRTUAL ALOHA!
EACH YEAR, we gather our GAIN General
Agents and their spouses a day early at our
Leaders Club destination for an intimate
dinner and awards ceremony honoring
their accomplishments from the previous
year. It’s a special night for a very special
group of people. Our General Agents
are a rare breed of leaders who provide
motivation and encouragement to their
agents, business savvy and negotiation
skills to drive cases to completion, and
insight and partnership to help us develop
GAIN into the best platform possible.
This year, the COVID-19 pandemic caused
us to postpone our Leaders Club Maui trip
until October, but with such impressive
efforts in 2019, we just couldn’t wait that
long to present their awards and share our
appreciation.
INSTEAD OF HAVING THE
WARM SANDY BEACHES AND
CRYSTAL BLUE WATERS OF
HAWAII AS OUR BACKDROP, WE
HAD TO RELY ON THE MAGIC OF
ZOOM TO BRING US TOGETHER.
Luckily for us, this is also a festive group
that enjoys a challenge! We asked them to
dig deep into their closets for their favorite
Hawaiian shirts and sundresses, blend
up some fruity cocktails (extra points for
umbrellas!), and rally their best tropical
backgrounds for our Hawaiian Happy Hour.
They did not disappoint! Tommy Bahama
himself would have been proud! Even better
than the colorful leis, floppy hats, and
drinks in pineapples was the opportunity
to actually “feel” like we were together.
We were able to recognize their many
accomplishments and say “Thank You!” for
all their hard work in 2019.
Congratulations to all our award-winning
General Agents and thank you not only for
all your contributions and accomplishments
but also for making our (hopefully) once-ina-lifetime
virtual awards ceremony a night
to remember. Mahalo!
