here are so many ways that different brands communicate. In the Style and House of Fraser

are very different brands. In the Style is an online store where as House of Fraser is a bricks and clicks department store. House of Fraser sells various different types of products like accessories, clothing, home wear and beauty products, where as In the Style only sells women’s fashion that has been designed by celebrities.

In the Styles target market is mainly teenagers and women under the age of 35, as their clothes are very different to what an older lady would wear. In the Style, communicates with their customers through many different ways. Due to the fact that they aren’t a bricks and mortar store, they do not get that many customers as people cannot just walk into the store, they are a low key online store. So, the customers don’t actually communicate with workers face to face in stores. As this retailer doesn’t have a store which is a big disadvantage for the brand, because it is mainly young women who shop their, and shopping is the main leisure activity for women.

However, In the Style does communicate with their customers through social media. They have accounts on Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat. On Snapchat, people follow them then when they are doing photo shoots, the customers are aware of the new stock that is coming. On Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, they continue to post pictures to keep their customers interested. On twitter they also post deals and discounts, and when they are happening. If anything exciting is happening with their brand they will post it on social media, as that is where most of their customers communicate with the In the Style team. In the style also have celebrity ambassadors, who are Binky Felsted, Billie Faiers and Charlotte Crosby. In the Style have also recently released their first ever television advert, it included their celebrity ambassadors that have affordable clothing ranges with In the Style.
