Again, you want to take the necessary time needed to watch what he does. If he says he’s an investor but doesn’t own a home of his own that’s he’s currently occupying, but he is living in an apartment or in his momma’s house, that would be reason to pause and say to yourself… hmm, what’s going on here?
The short answer is, take the appropriate time to get to know the man, take it slow and ensure that what he says lines up to how he lives! If there’s a sync, great! That’s a good sign! If there’s a disconnect, my dear, you may need to keep looking.
