Installation
Please follow the instructions to install the Aegis Tire Checker.

Step1:
• Use the included tool to remove the outer sleeve.
Step2:
• The inner sleeve may be attached either A) to the valve stem, or B) to the outer sleeve.
• For case A), unscrew the inner sleeve directly with a 3mm hex key.
• For case B), remove the valve core from the top of the outer sleeve, then insert a 3mm hex key and turn it CLOCKWISE to unscrew the inner sleeve.
Step3:
• Remove the sensor base from the valve stem.
• Locate and open the battery cover at the bottom, then remove the insolation film. Replace the cover.

Torque: 0.3Nm

Torque: 0.8Nm

Step4:
• Attach the sensor base onto the valve stem.
• Hold it in place and tighten inner sleeve with a 3mm hex key. Finger tight is OK.( Torque: 0.3Nm).
Step5:
• Thread the outer sleeve with the included tool until the o-ring is NOT VISIBLE( Torque: 0.8Nm ~ 1.25Nm).
Step6:
• Pump up to preferred tire pressure. Check if there’ s any air leakage by reading the pressure value on e-bike display.
