- Take you to to an online form to get registered for the challenge. You will be asked to provide:
- Your name and basic contact details
- Your reason for being interested in participating in this challenge
- select you desired assessments test(s) for evaluating your EQ and or personality
- Indication of whether you plan to share result or want to recieve intepratation support
- Indication of whether you are apart of a mental wellness support group or wish to start one
- Fill in the requested details and then click submit - earn 100-wellness points
You are now enrolled in challenge and will be assigned to a psychologist
2. Next, look out for an email from the EMS wellness team with links to the assessment tests and
information on your assigned or selected supporting and scoring psychologist .- within 48hrs
- The email should contain the following:
- Profile for the psychologists
- Introduction to the assessment and how to interpret
- Links to more learning and empowerment resources
- The assessment test(s) links
3. After you have completed the assessment test(s), you are encouraged to share the results with
the psychologist for evaluation review and improvement support
4. Expect a response by email from the psychologist within one week, this may include support
options where your result may have concerning outcomes for your linked psychologist
5. Share with and refer another person to do the above,this is to start or grow your social support
groups. Use your groups to improve the outcomes of your assessments results .

6. You may also share pictures, your challenge experience and more within this online
space, provide links to them in email to psychologist, earn your bonus 300 wellness points
7. By the latest, the 25th of the month each professional should provide a tally of your accumulated
wellness points only [ no test results shared ] to our wellness team to be added to your GHJ
account . Once credited, you can use them for claiming your desired fabulous rewards.
For the champion achievers, you and all other participating challenge member will be updated on you winning status in the Rewards Zone if the next Get Healthy Tips. Rewards can be picked up at Essential Medical Services at Shop 7 Red Hills Mall or otherwise as indicated.

achiever will be published in next month's Get
Health Tips. Use of points can begin once
credited to your GetHealthyJamaica.com account
C. Any concern regarding points tally and awarding
should be forwarded to

D. Rewards provided are available on a while
stocks last basis [as is provided by sponsors]

points before another competing

store and or auctions in the following
month to do so.
