Mile Distance is perhaps one of the most famous of Middle Distance
Running.
Every Saturday at 9am. Why not try a free
weekly timed 5K run in the beautiful National Trust
site of Osterley Park and House?
Experiencing a renaissance in recent years; the Ealing Half Marathon
team are pleased to bring you The Mile Series events. These events
are delivered to help promote running in both Ealing and Hounslow,
offering friendly and fun lunchtime races. The Boston Manor Mile is
held in Boston Manor Park and is officially measured.
Open to everyone, regardless of ability, free, safe and
easy to take part in, plus use of a free car park.
