Holmes serves as chair, Bennett as Vice Chair

At the June 2026 Board Meeting Joyette Holmes was elected chair and Wayne Bennett vice chair for FY 2027. The term runs through June 30, 2027.
Holmes and Bennett first began serving in the leadership roles in September of 2025.
The June Board Meeting was held at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center in Forsyth.
The Parole Board also conducted a monthly operational meeting in April.
