organization. Many called it an anti-NATO drill attempt with a sole purpose of a power projection and a
presentation of a united front against the other side, ready enough to counter-attack any possible
violent act from them (NATO).

GLOBAL EFFECTS:
So far, as mentioned previously, there is a maintained balance between the two alliances when it
comes on diplomatic relations while threat of force is only used up to a certain point and only on a very
limited scale. Both sides are equipped with nuclear weapons and with a massive army, navy and air
force power. In addition to these details what should be added in this case is their ability to influence
global economy. China, Europe, Russia, USA as members of NATO and SCO, are all economic powers
as well and they can single handed destroy planet's economy stability if a war takes place between the
two alliances. Recent example of that was the set of economic sanctions imposed by EU and USA, on
Russia in Ukraine's case.
Shift of power is still in process here, as outcome of balance is not showing clearly, until today, who is
