Registration Information
Returning Students:
For children currently enrolled in Friendship Station Preschool, a registration packet will be sent home. Pre-registration is due January 17, 2018.
New Students:
For children not currently enrolled, a completed registration packet, copy of Birth Certificate, and a $50 registration fee may be dropped off at
Sunset Community Center, 710 Western Avenue or Stepehen Persinger Recreation Center, 3507 Kaneville Road.
Please note: registration for Preschool is available by mail, fax or in person. O nline and phone registration are not available.

Children must be 3 years old on or before 9/1/2018.
Children must be 4 years old on or before 9/1/2018.
Child must be potty trained (NO pull-ups or diapers).
Tuition is divided into an installment plan, that includes registration fees and nine equal monthly installments running August 1 - April 1.
Registration fee, registration packet and copy of child’s birth certificate are required to complete registration.

Cancellations and Late Payment Information
Cancellations for the Fall Preschool program must be received by 5:00 pm, August 1, 2018. An application for refund must be completed as cancellation verification. It is
possible to receive a $25 refund if we fill your spot before July 21, 2018. Deposits will not be refunded after this date. Payments received after the final payment due date listed will incur
a $10 charge each week the payment is past due and could result in losing your spot. Final payments will be pro-rated if the spot has been replaced.
